Model TB12 Combination 12-mm
pH & ORP Sensors
The Model TB12 PERMALYTE® 12-Millimeter pH/ORP Sensor family
is the latest innovation in pH/ORP sensor technology from TBI.
A waterproof cable connector with PG13.5 threads and the DYNAREF
reference system are standard on all Model TB12D1 sensors. The
DYNAREF reference system consists of an advanced, self-pressurizing,
polymer gel and a porous PolarHyte junction.
Maximum Press./Temp.: 90
psig (620 kPa) at 100ºC (212ºF)

Model TB551/TBX551 In-line
or Submersible pH/ORP Sensors
The TB551 sensor body is molded of chemically resistant Ryton®
and designed for either inline (flow) or submersible installations.
The twist-lock design allows for easy installation with a simple
quarter turn twist, eliminating the twisted cable syndrome. Sensor
is shown here (from left to right) with our submersible guard,
1" NPT threaded Ryton® receptacle, and 1" NPT twist-lock
receptacle.
Maximum Press./Temp.: 100
psig (690 kPa) at 140ºC

Model TB556/TBX556 In-line
or Submersible pH/ORP Sensors
The TB556 Sensor body is molded of chemically resistant Kynar®
and designed for either in-line (flow) or submersible installations.
Measured from the tip to the beginning of the threads, the insertion
depth maybe specified to accommodate various installation requirements.
The standard insertion depth is 1.5 inches but the sensor can
be order in 0.50 inch increments up to 5 inches.
Maximum Press./Temp.: 100
psig (690 kPa) at 80º C

Model TB557/TBX557 Hot-Tap
pH/ORP Sensors
The TB557 Sensor body is molded of chemically resistant Kynar®.
The hot-tap design allows the sensor to be removed from a process
line, tank, or vessel, without interrupting the flow or draining
the container when retracted through a ball valve. Sensor
is shown with our hand-tightened compression fitting for ease
of installation and removal. The anti-blowout lip provides a
positive stop while retracting the sensor to prevent accidental
blowout. Reusable sheath and compression fitting allows for low
cost sensor replacement.
Maximum Press./Temp.: 100
psig (690 kPa) at 80º C

Model TB564/TBX564 High Pressure
Hot-Tap pH/ORP Sensors
The TB564 Sensor body is molded of chemically resistant Kynar®.
The hot-tap design with a small diameter insertion rod allows
the sensor to be inserted or removed from high pressure process
lines, tanks, or vessels, without interrupting the flow or draining
the container. The sensor hardware may be reused by replacing
only the electrode which allows for low cost maintenance. 1/4"
flushing ports allow the housing to be pressurized or flushed.
Maximum Press./Temp.: 300
psig (2065 kPa) at 140º C

Model TB567/TBX567 High Pressure
In-line pH/ORP Sensors
The TB567 High Pressure In-Line sensor body is molded of chemically
resistant Epoxy and installs via a 316 S.S. sensor housing with
1" threads. This sensor is installed in many applications
where the pressure is operating above 1000 psig.
Maximum Press./Temp.: 250
psig* (1725 kPa) at 100º C
*(Higher pressure ratings available)

Model TB566/TBX566 High Purity
Water & Flow Cell pH/ORP Sensor
The TB566 sensor is designed for measurement in water with a
conductivity below 20 µS/cm. It can also be used for pH
measurement in pilot plants and applications having low flows.
The assembly consists of a 316 SS flow cell, a 316 SS sensor
housing and an epoxy body pH sensor.

Model TB561/TBX561 Sterilizable,
In-Line pH/ORP Sensor
The TB561 and TBX561 sensor is designed for measurement in process
vessels requiring periodic sterilization (such as fermentors,
vessels, etc.). It is available with a 25-mm bushing and union,
but can also be retrofit into existing 25 mm pipe fittings.
The TB561 sensor is also designed
to be used along with the Safe-T-Clean valve to allow removal
of the sensor without disrupting the process.
Maximum Press./Temp.: 100
psig (690 kPa) at 90º C
65
psig (448 kPa) at 121º C

Model TB562/TBX562 Sanitary,
In-Line pH/ORP Sensor
TBI-Bailey's sanitary pH sensors are designed for use in processes
requiring the use of sanitary fittings. These sensors have an
integral 1-1/2" Ladish flange fitting. They are suitable
for processes utilizing either steam or chemical cleaning.
Maximum Press./Temp.: 100
psig (690 kPa) at 90º C
65
psig (448 kPa) at 121º C
