Model TB45 Sanitary Conductivity Sensors
TB45 Kynar® or 316L SS body sensors have an integral Ladish fitting for use in sanitary services. Two styles of each sensor type are available to meet each user's particular needs. The first has a flush face style that meets the process right at the ladish fitting. The second has an extended face that is designed to meet the process at the end of a ladish fitting such as a tee.

Maximum Press./Temp.:  100 psig (690 kPa) at 90ºC
                                          65 psig (445 kPa) at 120ºC


Model TB454 Conductivity Sensors
The TB454 sensor body is molded of chemically resistant Ryton® and designed for either inline (flow) or submersible installations.

Maximum Press./Temp.:  100 psig (690 kPa) at 100ºC


Model TB46 Conductivity Sensors
The TB46 sensors are constructed of 316 SS and can withstand the most demanding process and measurement requirements.

Maximum Press./Temp.:  In-line: 225 psig (1550 kPa) at 200ºC
                                        Hot Tap: 100 psig (690 kPa) at 200ºC


Model TB468 Corrosive Service Conductivity Sensor
The TB468 sensor is available in both insertion and hot-tap styles. The insertion style can also be submersed. The Kynar® body and Hastelloy-C electrodes allow use in aggressive applications.

Maximum Press./Temp.:  Insertion Sensor: 100 psig (690 kPA) at 50ºC
                                        Hot Tap: 40 psig (275 kPa) at 90ºC


Model TB47 Conductivity Sensors
The TB47 high pressure sensors are designed for service in systems exceeding the pressure ranges of TBI's standard 'Hot Tap' conductivity sensors. These sensors also ensure worker safety.

Maximum Press./Temp.:  Hot Tap: 300 psig (2065 kPa) at 200ºC

Model TB4042SUB Submersible Toroidal Conductivity Sensor
The TB4042SUB Toroidal Conductivity Sensor can come with a CPVC, 316 SS, or Kynar® submersible adapter. The adapter has a female thread that matches the TB404 rear threads and a male 3/4" NPT for attachment to a 3/4" submersion rod. The rod (or pipe) is required for protecting the sensor cable and for holding the sensor in a fixed, submersed position.

Conductivity Range:   Min 0-400 µS    Max 0-2000 mS


Model TB4042FL In-Line Toroidal Conductivity Sensor
The in-line flow adapter allows simple mounting of the Model TB4042FL sensor inside process piping or vessels. Available in CPVC, 316 SS or titanium versions, this 3 piece adapter has an integral 1-1/2" male NPT process connection.

Conductivity Range:   Min 0-400 µS   Max 0-2000 mS


Model TB4042LP Low Pressure Ball Valve Insertion Toroidal Conductivity Sensor
Model TB4042LP Low Pressure Ball Valve Insertion (Hot Tap) sensor allows simple installation of the sensor in process lines and vessels. The sensor is installed through a 1-1/2" full port or 2" ball valve. It can be safely removed from the process without draining or depressurizing the piping or vessel.

Maximum Press./Temp.:  100 psig (690 kPa) at 150ºC

Conductivity Range:   Min 0-400 µS   Max 0-2000 mS


Model TB4042HP High Pressure Ball Valve Insertion Toroidal Conductivity Sensor
Model TB404HP High Pressure Ball Valve Insertion (Hot Tap) sensor allows simple installation of the sensor in process lines and vessels above 100 psi. The sensor is installed through a 1-1/2" full port ball valve. It can be safely removed from the process without draining or depressurizing the piping or vessel.

Maximum Press./Temp.:  300 psig (2070 kPa) at 150ºC

Conductivity Range:   Min 0-400 µS   Max 0-2000 mS

Model TB4043 Sanitary Toroidal Conductivity Sensor
Model TB4043 Sanitary Toroidal Conductivity sensor is perfect for dairy, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, clean-in-place, brine, cheese souring, lye peeling, and countless other applications that may require a sensor that carries the 3A symbol.

Maximum Press./Temp.:  100 psig (690 kPa) at 121ºC

Conductivity Range:   Min 0-400 µS/cm   Max 0-2000 mS/cm
